How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days within the UK. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, location, and courier.
Do you offer free delivery?
Free delivery is available on selected products. Any delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?

Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have the right to return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer regulations.
What condition must the product be in?
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 working days.
What items cannot be returned?
Items that show signs of use, damage, or are returned incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.
